Horse For Sale Ads - Please note the following:
- Horse For Sale Ads are listed free for 180 days and include two photos.
- Horses advertised on Search for the Perfect Horse are required to have a performance pedigree, or to be a Finished Performance Horse (see definition below).
- Please list all trainers of the horse, pro and non-pro.
- All ads are subject to approval before they will be displayed publicly.
Performance Horse
The qualifications for a "Performance Horse" - the horse is currently in training or competing in one of the disciplines listed on Search for the Perfect Horse ~ OR ~ the horse's sire or dam is a proven performance horse ~ OR ~ they have produced performance horses in any of the western performance events advertised on Search for the Perfect Horse.
Finished Performance Horse
A "Finished Performance Horse" is one that has completed its preliminary training and is ready to compete in any of the competition events listed on Search for the Perfect Horse ~ OR ~ currently is competing or has competed in any of the events listed.
Description
The description is to include total earnings, points, wins or placing in competition. Horses with extensive performance records need only list major accomplishments or those you wish to highlight. IF a horse has not yet acquired any earnings or points, list where horse has competed.
Photos
Up to two photos may be displayed in the ad. It is helpful from the buyer's perspective to include one side view photo without a saddle
